Sundays are for hikes, especially beautiful autumn Sundays.
And today was one of those Sundays. It was chilly but not too cold, it was dry, hardly any wind, and even the sun came out on some occasions. So G and I decided that we just had to go on a little hike. Luckily we live near the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, a beautiful woodsy forest area in the middle of the country, so we didn’t have to go far for a lovely Sunday hike. And hikes for us mean taking our camera’s out as well. G has loved photography for years, and I have really been getting into it lately, meaning I now have a lot of autumnal photos on my phone and camera that I want to share. So that’s what I’m doing this Sunday evening in a little bonus blog post. I don’t have a whole lot to say, just some photos to share of today. Maybe it inspires you to go out as well soon, to just fall in love with the world around you and maybe take some pretty snaps.
Love taking secret shots of G, hihi
Also love to have him take shots of me, not so secret though as I need to let him know exactly what I want..
I’ve been loving playing around with both macro and landscape photography. Definitely need to invest in some more lenses for all the different things!
I finally invested in some proper cute hiking boots, they are expensive but so so worth it, and look hella cute in photos. I might do a full post about them soon.
I loved being outdoors, seeing the beauty around us and trying to capture them on camera. I will definitely do more of these posts, as we plan to do a lot more hikes like this. More photos will be shared on my Instagram over the next few weeks, if you’re interested 🙂
Thanks for stopping by ❤
All photos were taken with a Canon EOS M50 with a 15-45 mm lens, and edited with Lightroom.
