Not So Weekly Highlights #21

Yep, I changed the name. Because I’m not really doing the weekly, am I?

Anyways, this week I have another great highlight. It’s a new item in my collection, I’ve probably had it for about 3 weeks now, and I have been using it almost every day since I got it. I am so very obsessed with it! It is an item I have been wanting for a long time, over 6 months now, and I had been trying to choose between this one and some other ones. Ultimately I ended up getting this one, because I love the brand, the price is really good, the style is simple and completely me, and I know the quality is great.

Let’s have a look at what it is, shall we…

I got the Longchamp le Pliage backpack, and I am in love. This is my fourth Longchamp bag, all the other ones I own are also from the Le Pliage range, and I just love them all. I got this backpack in the classic black and brown colour way, although I was very tempted to get the red and brown version.. This just goes with everything though, I have yet to find an outfit that doesn’t work with this bag (granted, I pretty much wear slightly different variations of the same outfit, but still..).
Like I said, I had been wanting a backpack for quite some time now, ever since before we went to the Ardennes last summer. I am a big fan of totes, crossbody bags and shoulder bags, but they are sometimes not the most convenient to use, and also not great for your posture, what with having all the weight on one shoulder. Sooo I decided that, although I’m not the biggest fan of backpacks, it would maybe be a good idea to get one anyways. And, like I have now mentioned a thousand times, I am a big fan of this one. It is a cute backpack, but also still very practical, and it fits so much more than I expected. Everything I need to bring to work on a daily basis fits inside this little thing, and I can even make it work with my laptop! (I have a 12 inch, I believe). I mean, it doesn’t ft a whole lot more with the laptop in, but still… What I also love about this bag, the whole range of classic Le Pliage bags actually, is the fact that they are waterproof, which is a necessity here in the Netherlands!
Price wise, this bag cost me € 75,00 – a really good price I think for the quality and service you get at Longchamp.

So there you have it, my current favourite item. I think I am going to do a handbag collection post or series soon, now that we’ve finished the shoe collection, because I definitely have a few I’d love to share!

Thanks for stopping by ❤
