Mini Haul #4

I did some shopping these past 2 days. My excuse? My holiday is coming up 🙂

To be honest, most of the things I got are not specifically holiday related, but I’m pretty sure I will bring all of these on my upcoming trips as I am sure they will work perfectly for everywhere I’m going. Also excuse my “I just woke up” face in some of these pics, I did actually just wake up😅

Starting with the first thing I got, this gorgeous cotton Mango skirt. It is a perfect length to wear a little more modest, but with some buttons open it can also be worn a little sexy. I got mine in an xs and it fits perfectly, because of the elasticated band at the waist in the back (I wouldn’t be able to eat, breathe or sit if it wasn’t for that!). I love how the skirt looks with a simple black top like in the picture, but I think it would also look really cute with a crop top, or a little more fancy with a nice blouse and heals. Perfect summer skirt in my opinion!

I love me some vintage shopping, and when I saw that the Episode in Utrecht had a bunch of denim dresses I just had to try them on. I ended up with this button down dress for €25. It feels sturdy and fits really nicely, and I can totally imagine it with my brown leather sandals and a summer hat, or maybe worn with a (long sleeved) tee underneath and some white sneakers. Yes, I am in love, and it’s always even better when it’s vintage!

My boyfriend has had a Björn Borg underwear obsession for a little while now (their men’s underwear is actually really nice and has some great prints!), and I have jumped on the bandwagon. Last year I got a bralette that I wear a lot, a few months ago I got a pair of sweats that I live in, and yesterday I picked these two up in the sale. First the bralette/sports bra/whatever the hell they are called. I got one in this style from Hema a few months back and love it as both a bra and a top for hanging around the house in this hot weather we’ve had in the Netherlands lately, so when I saw this one at Björn Borg I needed to try it. It fits nice, is comfortable and feels like great quality, and I actually think this will be great as a hiking top if the weather is good when we go to the Ardennes, just with a pair of shorts or yoga leggings.
Now the sweatpants. I just told you I live in my other pair, so I felt I could justify getting another pair for €42,- (ouch😖). Probably the most I will ever spent on lounge clothes, but this pair fits even better than the pair I already have, and in the colder months I live in these inside the house (and outside as well!). Also, we are going on 2 camping trips this summer so these are great for in the evenings hanging out around our tent. I am obsessed and in love and very happy (and broke…).

The last thing I – or we I should say, as my boyfriend got a matching pair – got are water shoes from Van Haren for €7,99. We are staying in a town near the river Ourthe, and I would love to be able to walk and swim in the river (if that is possible) without cutting my feet open at glass or rocks, so these were a necessity for our camping trip. I was slightly scared that all the water shoes would be super ugly, but although these aren’t the prettiest shoes I’ve ever seen they also aren’t super ugly which I am very happy about!

I’m broke now, but I am mostly very happy with all I got. No more shopping for me this month! Except for books maybe…. 😉

Thanks for stopping by ❤
