5 Faves – June 2017

On this last day of June it is time for my June 5 faves.

June was a very good month. I spend a weekend in Germany with one of my best friends (travel diary right here), my friend from California is in The Netherlands so I got to spend a few days with her which was so nice because I haven’t seen her in 4 years, the weather was AMAZING this month so that’s always nice. Like I said, a good month. And in this good month I also discovered some great new items that I would like to share with you right now.

1. The Obsidian Chamber – Preston & Child

After reading Crimson Shore, the book that comes before this one, I couldn’t wait to read the next one. However, when I finished that book I still had to wait a few months for this one to come out. So when I finally saw The Obsidian Chamber in my local bookstore I had to buy it even though I kind of told myself I wasn’t allowed to buy any more books. Oops.. But I am so happy I got this book and am really enjoying it so far. A definite favourite this month.

2. 38 Honeymoon Is Coming Soon – Catrice

I picked up this Catrice Iconails nail polish at the beginning of the month I believe. It came in a set with another colour for only €2,99. And oh, my. This colour is so beautiful on the nails. It is pretty longlasting, well, as far as nail polishes are longlasting on my nails, and I’ve been wearing in pretty much since I got it. It is my perfect nudish pinkish light nail polish, and for that price you just can’t go wrong.

3. Garnier Loving Blends Avocado Hair Mask

This hair mask is so good. I thought I liked the last one I had from this line (as seen in my last post) but this one is so much better for my hair. After using this my hair feels so smooth and soft and shiny and amazing. It also smells nice, which is always a plus. Definitely a favourite.

4. Etos Concealer Buffer Brush

Which I don’t actually use for concealer but rather for applying eyeshadow in my crease. Which it is absolutely amazing for. I am blown away by all the Etos brushes I’ve used so far actually. They are so incredibly soft and quite cheap as well.
This one is nice and big and blends out the shadow perfectly. If you live in a place where they have an Etos, definitely check out their brushes!

5. H&M Bodysuit

Last but not least, a fashion favourite. I picked up the red bodysuit last month because I had a shoot for which I needed something red. And I have been loving it ever since. I first of all love the colour, even though I didn’t really wear red before I got this baby. But now I’m hooked. Second of all, I like the fact that I can wear it without a bra, always a plus. It is tight enough that I still feel sort of supported. And third, I just love bodysuits. They are comfortable, I like the fact that you don’t have to worry about constantly tucking them in. Also, this bodysuit actually goes with quite a lot of my other clothing items, probably because most of my clothes are in a neutral colour. Also, very figure flattering. What more can a girl ask for?

So I am very happy with my favourites this month. All very good products, and all of them affordable.

Thanks for stopping by!
